In 1997, Collins Lynch and two of his siblings, Callinus and Angelo Lynch, founded Tripple L Company Ltd., to handle construction work in the Mabouya Valley community, in the district of Dennery.

From the beginning, the Lynch family infused its company with strong core values as outlined in its Vision and Mission statement.

The company quickly expanded into residential, commercial and road projects, necessitating a stronger management structure to deal with the new challengers. With Collins Lynch at the helm, the company grew by leaps and bounds over the next few years. They attracted expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds and formed a team that would become a leading construction company on the eastern side of the island by the year 2000. As the company expanded, so did its reach. Projects were secured across the island, reaching into Vieux Fort in the south and Castries in the North. Our Obligation to outstanding job completion, exceptional customer service and superior safety standards has given us a competitive advantage when regional and international construction companies are looking to partner with operators based in the Saint Lucia market.

In 2019, Collins Lynch became the sole owner of the company and transitioned leadership responsibilities to the company’s senior officials, a natural progression reflecting the shift from a small, family business started in 1997 to a thriving company.
