Mr Lynch possesses over thirty years' of experience in many aspects of the construction industry from aggregate formulation, concrete, heavy equipment operation, portable water projects, drainage, road construction and the construction of residential and commercial buildings. He has an unyielding passion for staff, community and customer satisfaction. Collins has worked at the supervisory position with several local and regional companies. It is this drive and experience our leader brings to our company.
A solid strategic thinker with exceptional motivational skills, Lanfraze holds an MSc. in Economics and Marketing from the University of Reading combined with over twenty years of experience at the senior management level in local and international commercial and developmental companies. He has led teams in new company setup and company mergers. His greatest joy comes from working with communities to uplift the spirit of residents and improve their economic status.
Technically proficient in the fields of construction and design, Octave holds the position of Quality Control Manager. He carries an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and has been with the company for over nine years. His aspirations are to ensure that all projects be completed both in time and to the highest of quality possible and is usually the last one on site to ensure that everything goes according to plan. He also is a talented Architectural 3D rendering artiste who can provide photo realistic images of your project pre construction.
Shena Theophile is a 24-year-old young woman from the community of Saltibus in Choiseul. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, obtained at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Prior to her studies at UWI, Shena obtained an associate’s degree in Business Administration at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. Shena aims to have a successful career in Accounting and aspires to become a renowned chartered certified accountant
Mario Dostalie is a dedicated, hard-working, and ambitious young man. He is currently employed at Tripple “L” Company Limited as the company’s sole Superintendent of Works, and has been working at the company for three years. Mario had an early introduction to the field of Architectural Design, having already amassed six years of experience in the field. He takes pride in his work and carries out his duties to the best of his ability. Mario has excelled tremendously and aspires to gain even more success in the future.
